Legal Harvest™ by SCS Global Services

SCS LegalHarvest™ Verification (LHV) provides independent third-party verification of the legal origin and traceability of timber and forest products. The system addresses the legal right to harvest, process, transport and export timber and includes requirements for forest-level legality verification and Chain of Custody.

LegalHarvest™ can therefore provide useful verified information on legality, origin and traceability to support responsible sourcing and due diligence.

 

SCS Legal Harvest™ 验证适用于森林管理、监管链及多种作业地点。此项验证用于确认木材产品的采伐、加工、运输及出口的合法权利（无论作业地点位于何处）。通过此项验证即可证明符合美国《雷斯法案》、《欧盟木材法规》、澳大利亚《禁止非法采伐法》及其他类似规定。Legal Harvest 认证主要在印度尼西亚地区使用。SCS 是对其他森林认证计划进行鉴定的认证机构。
