Harvesting

	Definitive logging agreement	Exploitation contract for a concession with a validity of 15 years, which may be renewed once. (it is only since 2019 that a few notifications of definitive agreements and attribution decrees have been issued to certain companies).	MINFOF - Department of Forests

	Sale of Standing Volume certificate	Annual logging permit establishing the species and volumes to be harvested as part of the annual harvest block for sales of standing volumes.	MINFOF - Department of Forests
	Notification of start of activities	Permission to start harvesting activities in the annual block of harvest within the FMU, in accordance with the annual logging permit.	MINFOF - Regional Forest Service
	Log production report or DF10	Worksite book in a format obtained from MINFOF, which needs to be completed by the forest company and checked by the forest authorities. This document is used to determine the harvest tax.
	Logs waybill	Transport document for logs from the forest to a processing facility. This document is a format obtained from MINFOF, which needs to be completed by the forest company. The details shall correspond with the Carnet de chantier.

Processing and Trade

	Factory Wood Entry Register	Register, in a format obtained from MINFOF, which needs to be completed by the company and checked by the forest authorities. This document is used to determine the sawmill entry tax.
	Sawn timber waybill	Transport document for processed timber. This document is a format obtained from MINFOF, which needs to be completed by the processing company and signed by authorities..
	Certificate of non-royalty	Henceforth, the only document required by authorities to obtain a title, an approval or a licence (such as an export authorisation).	Tax Center
	Customs discharge	Required for any company that wishes to export (2020 finance law).	Customs
	Certificate of registration as an exporter of logs	Registration as an exporter of logs. To be yearly renewed.	MINFOF - Department of Forests
