喀麦隆的木材行业概况：木材生产、加工和出口

2019 年，MINOF 申报了 93 个森林特许权、38 个公有林、142 个木材销售林和约 50 个共有林。这些森林所有权由大约 50 家大型国际或国内公司（59 家）、大约 40 家中型国家公司（46 家）和大约 30 个拥有公有林的农村公社（38 家）管理。

Supplier Verification - Open Timber Portal (Cameroon)

For Cameroon, additional information on certain concession holders and forestry companies can be consulted via the Open Timber Portal (OTP).

The OTP provides in particular:

• a ranking of forestry companies based on the voluntary publication of documents;
• an overview of documents made publicly available (titles, management plans, certificates, etc.);
• reports published by NGOs or independent experts.

This ranking does not constitute an assessment of compliance with the EUDR, but it can provide an additional indicator of transparency in the analysis of the supply chain.

Operators are encouraged to use the OTP as a complementary source in order to:

• identify the level of transparency of a supplier;
• verify the public availability of certain documents;
• strengthen their risk analysis within the framework of due diligence.

出口

根据 MINFOF（2018 年）的数据，喀麦隆伐木业 2017 年生产了约 330 万米原木。其中大部分用于初级加工产品的出口，2018 年出口总额为 9.337 亿美元（ITTO 2019 年，2018 年数据）。喀麦隆的出口产品销往世界各地，但主要销往中国、越南和西欧。

物流基础设施

喀麦隆的出口产品销往世界各地。除了陆路出口至其他非洲国家外，大部分木材经由杜阿拉的主要港口出口。该港口也是刚果共和国和中非共和国采伐木材的主要出口港口之一。
