  Wood Processing Plant Permit The DENR issues a wood processing plant permit to allow operations of sawmill, mini-sawmill, re-saw permit, plywood/veneer plants, blockboards/fiberboard/particle board and other wood-based panel plants and wood treating plants.

The Permit to Establish and Operate Wood Processing Plant shall be co-terminus with the forestry tenurial instruments issued For renewal:

Timber harvesting permits and activities Tree Cutting Permit Permit is a short-term privilege or authority granted by the State to a person to utilize any limited forest resources or undertake a limited activity with any forest land without any right of occupation and possession therein.
